Biogas has the certification of the United Nations (UN) and the registration of the Inter-Ministerial Climate Change Commission to operate in sanitary landfills under the Clean Development Mechanism Scheme.

Additionally, for the electric power generation process, the company adheres to the norms and legal framework of the Secretariat of Energy, the Energy Regulatory Commission, as well as the technical and operational requirements of the National Energy Control Center and the Federal Electricity Commission.
